Each project links to its GitHub repo. A heartbeat reads your activity and shows a live pulse on your hexes.
THE RULES
Keep your hex by shipping.
A spot in the hive is kept, not won once. You stay in by shipping constantly (real GitHub commits) and showing up in the KrackedDevs Telegram. The heartbeat moves you through these states automatically:
Day0–1
🟢 active
Shipping. Bright hex, green pulse.
Day2
🟡 idle
First nudge on Telegram ~ ship something.
Day3
🟠 dimming
Your hex visibly dims. Stronger nudge.
Day4
🔴 at-risk
Final warning ~ ship by tomorrow or you're out.
Day5
⚪ removed
Last call on Telegram + email. No ship today → removed, the slot reopens.
Ship anything and you revive instantly back to active ~ from any state but removed.
CONSISTENCY
Your streak 🔥
Surviving keeps you in; consistency is what earns status. Every builder carries a streak ~ how long you've kept shipping without breaking. Keep it alive and your hex burns brightest. Break it ~ go quiet or take leave ~ and it resets to zero. Grace saves your spot in the hive, not your streak. Your longest streak is a permanent badge that never resets. Surviving isn't thriving.
Life happens. Appeal with a real reason ~ genuine leave, shipping in a private repo (we'll connect it read-only), or a focused sprint with a deadline ~ and we'll pause your clock (grace, up to 4 weeks). Vague excuses don't fly. And removal is never a ban: rejoin the intake any time, and your shipped record stays yours forever.
